Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

Everything was nice, including pretty friendly staff and best possible location close to many restaurants and shopping. We loved the room, it was warm with a microwave. Totally nice stay in advance.

I loved spending my time in this clean city hotel.

Everything was really good, liked our good stay. We had brand-new, huge room with a great view, 2 queen beds. Everyone was efficient and amicable. It had central location close to Underground.

The venue was fairly clean, offered very good location and rooms. I liked that the room was well-appointed with a king bed. My stay was great here.

Staff and location were wonderful, we loved that everything was pleasant. Breakfast had lots of options, eggs, milk, butter, breads and jam. Urban hotel set in the fantastic area.

The venue is extremely convenient, spotless and the location is unbeatable right by Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, MillenniumPark and many more, the train and tons of great restaurants. Delicious breakfast selection of amazing things.

Perfect location, good bed, warm breakfast. Nice pool and public beach. Also, it had parking onsite.

We loved this fairly clean hotel with an excellent reception. The staff were all accommodating and the continental breakfast was delicious. Located in 10 minutes' walk from Grand metro station.

the bed was extremely comfy, so we had a really great stay. breakfast was awesome with coffee, milk, slices of fresh bread, jam and tea available. lots of supplies in the room : climate control, wi-fi and terrace.

We enjoyed this hotel, it was absolutely charming and spotless. The breakfast was freshly prepared and overall our stay was unforgettable. Well heated unit. Location for Chicago was prime.

The hotel was unique and I loved the streets of Chicago. Fresh food, exceptionally nice breakfast. Very comfy bed, welcoming room with an outstanding view. Staff was very very nice, perfect service. Neat venue with a remote location.

Facilities were decent, however Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We appreciated this hotel ; its the best breakfast, our original room. Great beds, TV, terrace and hairdryer in the room. The appalling staff there were easily accessible. The venue was absolutely brilliant and in a central location. Besides, the area was fabulous, next to a fancy high-rise mall.

Original place to stay while in Chicago. Breakfast was above average, entire staff was exceptionally polite. I loved king room I booked, it was well laid out.

The room was cozy with exceptionally comfortable beds. Nice stay in nice area. Again, the hotel was within walking distance of House of Blues Stage.

Bountiful breakfast, CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff, I enjoyed top location. I slept so comfy in the super bed. Painless check in and smooth check out. The best rocky beach I've seen previously.

if going to chicago one more time i would come here again. enjoyed it - the place is cosy and suited me fine. the beach is awesome and the views are fabulous.

We had a decent time. Well maintained hotel, fairly clean and 12 miles from the airport. Room was extra comfortable and we loved that it had a reasonably large bathroom.

It was exceptionally clean inside. City hotel in a very very nice area of Chicago. Could use their private parking.

We had a terrific stay at this GREAT hotel. Staff were very professional. It was nice having air conditioning, WiFi and fridge. They served fresh bread, coffee, milk, jam and eggs for breakfast. Yummy food and excellent service.

Functional rooms, perfect beds, free breakfast. Got Disability Access room, as expected. They made my stay really really nice! No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Located in the really pretty zone, it was a great place for short visits. The staff were absolutely outstanding and were ready to help. Room was warm enough, bed was good. A beautiful beach, wonderful view. Nice garden and nice pool area.

My experience at this convenient hotel was really really nice. Room was immaculate, bed was comfy, staff was funny. Booked a room with marvellous views. Early check in and outstanding service throughout my stay.

Had a memorable stay here. So comfortable, fairly clean hotel with accommodating rooms and quite good staff. Location was ideal, 12 miles to Midway International airport, perfectly reachable. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed and a such lovely view.

We expected there would be breakfast. Unfortunately wi-fi was a bit slow.

It deserves its 3 stars. Location is great, check in is quick. Loved Cafe Integral, it was right by the hotel and offered nice treats...

There was no room service.

The venue is very clean, the staff is professional. Had nice dainties at Cafe Integral, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot the hotel.

Good location, friendly stuff. We had a room with city views. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Weber Grill, no need to go somewhere else.

We were able to visit maggie daley park that was very close to the hotel. Grand subway station is 500 ft away.

All main attractions such as the bean were very close to this hotel. Great location, 20 minutes' drive from Midway International airport;)))

Restaurant was NICE. Millennium park was 1 mile away, perfectly reachable.

Eataly was 10 mins walk away. 25 minutes by car from the airport...
